Once we receive your e-mail/letter, we will send you a confirmation. The final answer will follow within five working days.


Delivery 

We deliver goods free of charge.

In the unlikely event that the goods of your order are not in stock, we will contact you regarding delivery. In the event that the proposed delivery time is not acceptable for you, your order will be automatically cancelled. The goods are delivered by Messenger a.s.

Incorrect delivery

Although we do our best to deliver your purchase on time and correctly, sometimes things can go wrong. Have you received wine you did not order? Please contact us on info@vinovyhodne.cz or call 777 773 801. We’ll fix the mistake a.s.a.p.!

Spoiled wine

Is your wine off? In rare cases, wine may be off due to a wrong bottling and contains a so-called "cork". Cork taste is caused by bacteria or fungi and has a distinctive musty odour. Wine has also a bitter taste. Even wines with a screw cap may be spoilt by the cork taste.

Do you suspect you received spoilt wine from us? If the second bottle is all right, we shall refund your money for the spoilt bottle. In case the second bottle is off too, please contact us on info@vinovyhodne.cz or call 777 773 801 and we will refund the full amount of your purchase.

 

Returns

You do not like the taste of our wine? In the unlikely event that you will not like the taste of our wine, you can always return it free of charge, provided that you have not opened more than one bottle (from a case containing six bottles).

Simply pack the remaining 5 bottles using the original packaging and contact us by e-mail at info@vinovyhodne.cz  or call 777 773 801.

Messenger will pick up the goods at your address. Please do not send the goods by other means, our goods are fragile and might get damaged by other courier. The return cost shall be borne by the Vino Vyhodne. Once the goods are received we will refund you latest within 14 days. If you paid cash on delivery, please let us know the account number to which you want to return the money.

The complaint does not cover damage caused by improper storage or handling of the goods by the customer.

Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with § 1829 of New Civil Code. The period runs from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract.

Damaged goods

If you receive broken, open or otherwise damaged bottles, please contact us immediately and we will send you new goods.
